Join us for the April WOVI, Frisco meeting place for some encouragement and positivity!
Rose Colored Glasses
by Jenny Hander
Jenny Hander, author of "A Place of Peace," will help women lear to see "good" - no matter what the circumstances life may bring
Women will learn three key messages through Jenny’s “Rose Colored Glasses”
- Losing sight-how challenging circumstances can strike you off course
- Tiring of the darkness-realizing that you want and deserve better
- Seeing Clearly-learning to regain focus on your hopes and dreams
In 2005, Jenny Hander suffered the greatest loss a mother can endure-the loss of her child. Yet as a woman of faith, Jenny overcame immense despair to reclaim the extraordinary life she has always believed in living. Only since learning to accept and fulfill the life God prepared for her, which includes the experience with her twin daughters, does Jenny feel that she has begun to truly live. It is Jenny's greatest desire to share her story with others in hopes of comforting those who have experienced a similar situation firsthand and to educate, challenge, and inspire those who have not. Through writing and public speaking, Jenny devotes herself to encouraging others to live the extraordinary life that is available to us all-no matter what circumstances life may bring. She is the author of A Place of Peace and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from TexasA&MUniversity. Jenny is a proud wife and a full-time mother of four.
